All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
To report an issue, please email support@velourasecrets.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Once the issue is verified, Veloura Secrets will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
